highrise

In Uncategorized on September 24, 2010 at 8:57 pm

Meet me on the highrise
Where the cool, dark night
Smooths itself over the sky like
egyptian cotton
like oil paint
like deep blue ink.

Let me sink into your warmth.

Meet me on the highrise
Where the architecture of your eyes
Constructs it’s dreams and plans
In constellations
In bloodveins
Across your strengthened hands
Playing my thoughts like a timpani

And drenching me like rain.
